Booking conditions

What you book
By booking an appointment you purchase a beauty and wellness service provided at the premises of TestTest, on the chosen date and time, for the duration stated for each service.
The price shown when booking is the final price and includes applicable taxes. No surcharge is added afterwards.
Right of withdrawal
Distance purchases generally come with a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to appointments booked for a specific date and time: consumer law (in Spain, article 103.l of the consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) excludes leisure-related services when the contract provides a specific date or period of performance.
What does exist is the possibility of changing or cancelling the appointment under the conditions below. This is a salon policy more favourable than the law, not a legal obligation.
Changes and cancellations
An appointment can be changed or cancelled with advance notice:
- Up to 24 hours before, unless the salon states another period when booking: free of charge and with no explanation needed.
- With less notice: we try to move the appointment; if that is not possible, the slot is lost for other people.
- Without notice: the slot is lost. If this happens repeatedly, the salon may ask for advance payment on future bookings.
Late arrival
The session ends at the scheduled time even if it starts late: someone else is waiting afterwards. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean shortening the service or rescheduling it.
Payment
Payment is made at the salon at the end of the service, unless expressly stated otherwise when booking, for example an online payment through the salon's payment provider. A simplified invoice is issued to anyone who asks for it.
Before the session
Some treatments are not suitable in certain situations: allergies, skin irritation or wounds, fever, infections, recent injuries, certain medical treatments or certain stages of pregnancy. Please mention it when booking or before starting.
The salon's services are beauty and wellness services, not medical treatments, and they do not replace any medical advice or treatment.
Minors
Bookings are made by adults. A minor may receive a service only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who makes the booking and provides the data.
Complaints
Official complaint forms are available at the premises. You may also write to —.
The Citamate platform
The salon's website and online booking run on the Citamate platform. The contract for each service is concluded between the client and the salon; the salon alone is responsible for its services, their quality, prices, bookings and cancellations, and for clients' data as the data controller. The data processor is the Citamate platform (the platform provider) under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded with the salon. The platform is not a party to the service contract and is not liable for the salon's services; please address complaints about the services to the salon: Alex Akim.
